At MKM and Hull City FC we are dedicated to helping our local communities. We recognise that youth groups provide essential social and life skills for all the children and families of Hull and the surrounding areas.

That’s why we have partnered to create the Tigers Tuck Shop.

MKM will provide pre-packaged tuck shop stock for each match at the MKM Stadium. This will be ready and waiting for your club volunteers to arrive and start selling to hungry customers. The best part is you get to keep all the profits! Any leftover stock is yours to take with you so you can start a tuck shop of your own. If that wasn’t enough, your tuck shop team will have free tickets to watch the match.

It’s our way of supporting these vital community groups whilst also giving young people a new platform from which to raise funds.

In talking to local clubs and youth groups, we found that they are often reluctant to fully embrace fundraising endeavours like tuck shops due to the financial risk of purchasing stock, as well as the hassle of finding a suitable safe location to hold the stall. We wanted to remove that hurdle, so that’s why Hull City FC have provided the tuck shop space, and MKM have stepped in to provide the stock.

Our first tuck shop debuted on Saturday 17^th December and was ran by volunteers from Holme Rovers Panther’s Under 12s Girl Team. Here’s what they had to say about the experience: “The Holme Rovers Panthers had a great day at the stadium. MKM and Hull City took care of everything for us, it so easy to organise and great fun, the girls loved running the tuck shop, meeting Roary and Amber and we even got to watch the game. All in all a brilliant day and we managed to raise £170, I would highly recommend any local club to put their name forward. Why wouldn’t you?”
