How to hire
1. Enquire
Call or visit your local MKM Hire branch, or alternatively, you can enquire via our hire enquiry form.
2. Payment
All major credit/debit cards accepted. 2 forms of ID (including photo ID) and deposit required for hiring.
3. Collect or Deliver
Depending on your hired product, you can collect from your local hire branch or we’ll deliver it to site for you.
4. Return & Invoice
Once your hire period is complete, simply drop your product back at your branch or give us a call and we will collect it before sending you an itemised invoice.

MKM Hire is currently available at Banbury, Blackpool, Boston, Bromsgrove, Chester, Dereham, Derby, Eastleigh, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Grantham, King's Lynn, Leamington Spa, Leeds, Lincoln North, London Colney, Manchester Central, Norwich, Perth, Retford, Sheffield North & Warrington. It will be available in more branches soon.

Payment options
There are several ways in which you can pay for your hire.
- You can pay over the phone or in branch.
- Debit or credit card payments - If you are paying in advance we ask for a 3-week deposit and 2 forms of I.D*. Your deposit is refunded on return of equipment. Can take up to 3 working days to appear back.
- Monthly credit account - If you wish to hire frequently and would like the convenience of a trade account just as at the main desk.
- We do not accept cash. Payment must be made up front with a debit or credit card.
*The I.D. we need from you when hiring.
- 2 forms of I.D. are required:
- Photo I.D. - A UK driving licence or valid Passport,.A utility bill containing your current address dated within the last 3 months.

Hire Secure
You are responsible for loss or damage on equipment you hire. You can cover this exposure for a percentage of the hire charge for the full period of hire.
