Everbuild Tecnic Hybriflex 25LM Low Modulus Hybrid Polymer Sealant is a one part, chemically curing, solvent free sealant combining the best qualities of silicone and polyurethane technologies. It is specifically designed for adhering most common building surfaces to each other and themselves. Everbuild Tecnic Hybriflex 25LM is very useful for but not limited to applications in caravans and motorhomes as it is excellent for pointing around both external and internal doors and windows, sealing vertical joins, jointing cladding panels or bonding difficult materials including most plastics, metals and fiberglass. Everbuild Tecnic Hybriflex 25LM is waterproof, weatherproof, resistant to chemicals and petrol (10% dilute acids/alkalis, most solvents). Everbuild Tecnic Hybriflex 25LM provides excellent adhesion without the use of primer to most surfaces even if damp including metal, most plastics, glass, concrete, plaster, plasterboard, polyester, Perspex, glass, wood, enamel, painted surfaces and more. Once dried Everbuild Tecnic 25LM can be over painted if required.
