The Fakro LWK Komfort Loft Ladder ensures comfortable use and comes fully assembled ready for a quick and easy installation into the ceiling. The Komfort Loft Ladder is additionally equipped with a white insulating hatch, handrail and stile ends.

Featuring a number of subtle design features that make life easy for the installer, fitting is now a simple one man DIY job as the ladder can be detached from the hatch by unfastening four plastic clips. Overall length can be adjusted simply by changing the opening angle rather than unscrewing the ladder while brackets attaching the ladder to the hatch are now linked to a steel bar which transfers imposed load onto the ladder.
