The Manthorpe G950 Weep Vent is a white ventilation and drainage solution for lintels, cavity trays, and cavity walls. It can be slotted between two bricks and mortared in place, providing a discreet ventilation or drainage point behind the cavity.

Product Features:

• Baffled Grille: Prevents the ingress of driving rain and wind.
• Insect Grille: Protects against insects.
• Drip Lip: Prevents water from dripping back into the cavity.
• Wide Grille: Prevents debris, paint, or water drops from blocking the vent.

The Manthorpe Weep Vent should be placed at the furthest corner away from the finished roof line when used with the Manthorpe catchment trays. It should be spaced at no greater than 900mm centres to meet N.H.B.C guidelines.
