Parex Paraguard is a water-based coating that provides a weatherproof, lotus leaf effect, water-resistant surface to a range of render, paving, masonry, and timber substrates. It's safe for the environment and those using it.

Product Features:

• Application: Can be applied by brush, lambswool roller or airless spray gun* followed by lambswool roller to achieve a non-staining, clear, natural coating.
• Resistance: Offers resistance to water, dirt, oil, grease, atmospheric pollutants and vehicle fumes.
• Non-Sacrificial: Once cleaned, will not need to be re-coated.
• Hydrophobic Properties: Specially formulated with exceptional hydrophobic properties, causing water to bead off the surface and take dirt, grime or soil with it.

This product is pre-packaged and ready for on-site use. Its hydrophobic qualities also make the surface more resistant to mould, algae and mildew. Buildings will remain cleaner and dryer.
