The Timloc 1201 Telescopic Underfloor Vent is an adjustable ventilator designed to provide ventilation beneath suspended ground floors up to 5 brick courses. It features an incorporated grille to prevent vermin entry.
Product Features:
- Telescopic and Adjustable: The vertical height of the ventilator unit adjusts to suit between 3 and 5 brick courses (225mm-375mm) with a minimum cavity width of 50mm.
- Free Area: Offers a free area of 8000mm2 per unit when installed without the 1201AB airbrick.
- Vermin Prevention: Includes a special grille to prevent entry of vermin.
- Durability: Durable, robust and totally resistant to decay.
This telescopic underfloor vent is a reliable and effective solution for ensuring adequate ventilation beneath suspended ground floors.
